Our Story
Real estate done well is quiet, attentive work.
Dream Key Group was founded on a straightforward observation: most people buy or sell only a handful of homes in their lifetime, and for something that significant, they deserve more than a transaction. Dream Key brings together experienced real estate agents who believe exceptional representation begins with listening, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the market.
That's the whole idea behind Dream Key. We're a boutique team by choice, not by circumstance: small enough that every client works directly with an experienced agent who knows their market, and structured so no one becomes a name in a call queue. Whether you're buying your first home in Tampa, selling a waterfront estate in Naples, relocating your family to Orlando, or building an investment portfolio across the state, the approach is the same: ask thoughtful questions, give you an honest read, and stay with you from the first conversation through closing day and beyond.
We're a new team, and we think that's worth saying plainly rather than dressing it up. What we lack in decades of history, we make up for in the caliber of the agents doing the work and the attention every client receives, the kind of attention a larger, busier team has a harder time offering. As we grow, that's the trade we intend to keep protecting. Dream Key Group operates as a real estate team affiliated with Real Broker, LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage.
Our Founder
Built by someone who believed real estate could be better.
Amber founded Dream Key Group after years spent inside traditional brokerage environments that measured success mostly in volume, where clients could start to feel like case numbers, and agents were often left to figure things out largely on their own. Dream Key exists to do it differently: an experience that's personal, transparent, and genuinely advocacy-driven for clients, built on top of real support for the agents doing the work.
That belief runs in both directions. For clients, it means direct communication, honest strategy, and accountability from the first conversation through closing day, and a relationship Dream Key hopes to keep for whatever comes next, not a company you interact with once and forget. For agents, it means real support: structure, mentorship, and the tools to do their best work, because we believe better-supported agents build better client relationships.
The goal was never to build the biggest team in Florida. It's to build the right one: professional and efficient, but never intimidating, and, if we've done our job, genuinely enjoyable to work with.
